Tables may be purchased here and also via our hotline number (866 520 3327), with any major credit card. Alternatively our secure vendor PAYPAL store can be used for all purchases.

Tables (all 6 foot long) are currently available but we expect that these will sell out quickly. All tables are reserved on a First-Come, First-Serve basis.
Vendors will be responsible for any extension cords or other necessary supplies
needed to get electricity to your table.
Electricity: $54.00 for each electrical plug in (you must let us know when you purchase the table if you
need electricity and include the additional fee with payment and provide all extension cords and power
strips needed)
Phone line: $85.00 (per day)
DSL line: $20.00 (per hour)
DEALERS ROOM HOURS:
Sat: 10am-7pm
Sunday 10am-5pm
Dealer Move in times:
Friday October 3rd, 2008: 10am-6pm (available to vendors only)
Dealer Move out:
Sunday October 5th, 2008: 7pm-10pm (available to vendors and celebrity guests only)
Please specify if you will have any of the following items: Pipe/drape, table skirts, special lighting and sound, additional carpet.
Vendors agree to break down all boxes, crates, shipping materials and place in the dumpster. Vendors cannot display open flames. Vendors are responsible for any special lighting, sound, audio/visual equipment, and staging if needed.
Dealer's exhibits may not intrude in the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer's tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Marshall.
Each vendor is granted 2 weekend passes along with their table reservations. Additional passes may be purchased at a vendor discount for $10.00 each.
All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold harmless all Fear Fest committee members, workers and hotel entities,
employees and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal
or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in Fear Fest.
Fear Fest in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All
vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views,
beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Fear Fest. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent Fear Fest in any
way, and Fear Fest is to be held harmless against any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the
premises of the Fear Fest.
All merchandise sold by all vendors/exhibitors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied.
Fear Fest reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that is pornographic or extremely violent in nature to be exhibited or sold. Please keep in mind that this is a Family Event. Absolutely no pornographic material may be sold or displayed at this event.
Finally, you are TOTALLY allowed to promote other conventions/events at Fear Fest. We support all aspects of the horror genre & want horror fans to know what is out there! Thanks so much for your support! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
